Rental of the House
Rates vary by season, and are higher during the holidays. Contact us for a personalized quote based on the size of your group. The basic rate includes daily maid service and around-the-clock staff assisting you at the beach and providing security at night. There is no cleaning fee on departure, but we do collect a $1500 security deposit that is refunded within seven days as long as there is no damage.

Gourmet Inclusive Option
The popular Gourmet Inclusive Option includes airport pick-up and return, plus a professional chef preparing three fantastic meals each day (ingredients included), and costs just $500 per night for up to 8 people. You may provide your own alcoholic beverages or we'll shop for your favorite brands at cost plus 25%.  We can pack lunches for when you leave for an all-day excursion, or adjust the rate if you prefer to dine out.

For groups larger than 8 people, we add $100 per night per person to the basic rate for lodging and $65 per night per person to the basic rate for the food option, though we waive these charges for children under 5.
